Allrate Funding Corp. is a mortgage broker licensed by the state of California. The services provided by ALLrate Funding Corp., will require the collection of personal information. We collect only the personal information needed to deliver the service(s) requested.

We do not sell your information. As permitted by law, we will need to share your information with third party companies in order to help get your loan approved and closed. These companies may include but are not limited to: Lenders, Appraisal Companies, Credit Agencies and Title Companies
