I had a very difficult loan to obtain. I am the successor trustee for my mother's property. I would like to take this time to personally thank Stuart for a job well done.
Before we called Stuart, my wife and I had been dealing with a financial nightmare since the both of us lost our employment after the 911 attack on our nation. We found our-selves struggling to make ends meet and exhausting just about all of our savings.
We attempted refinancing but were unsuccessful due to our credit ratings on our past credit accounts. I filed for personal bankruptcy that was declined due to the high equity in my home. We attempted refinancing time after time without success or at an interest rate that was unacceptable.
